The Łutsel K’e Dene First Nation Constitution and Bylaws document, provides information regarding the roles and relationships between Members, Council and Administrative Staff.
The information in this document is based on the beliefs, principles, traditions and practices of the Łutsel K’e Dene First Nation. This information represents the results of work done to date by the Łutsel K’e Dene First Nation membership at its Special Assemblies and the efforts of the Łutsel K’e Dene First Nation Council and staff to develop appropriate policies and practices to manage the business and day-to-day operations of the Łutsel K’e Dene First Nation. This document is a work in progress and useful, relevant feedback is welcome.
The constitution and bylaws apply to all members and personnel within the Łutsel K’e Dene First Nation and may be changed by Special Resolution approved by Łutsel K’e Dene First Nation members.
